Oversight for the Help Me Flip It property rehabs is handled by ROR Construction Management, LLC. RORCM is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Real Estate On Radio, LLC.

RORCM manages the day-to-day operations of our rehab crews and interacts with our investor partners and lending division to coordinate draws for materials and labor.

Our property acquisition division works closely with RORCM. The construction manager does the mechanical due diligence on all our properties before acquisition.

Once a project is underway, RORCM coordinates the rehab schedule, arranges for utilities, and security.
