The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America is a non-profit, community advocacy organization. NACA’s goal is to build healthy neighborhoods nationwide through affordable home ownership.
NACA has made the dream of home ownership a reality for thousands of Americans by counseling them honestly and effectively, enabling even those with poor credit to purchase a home or refinance a predatory loan with far better terms than those provided even in the prime market.
NACA’s track record of helping people who have credit problems become homeowners or refinance out of a predatory loan debunks the myth that high rates and fees are necessary to compensate for their “credit risk.”

NACA at a Glance

NACA Programs
The two principal programs available through NACA are the Home Buyer’s Program and the Home Save program. The Home Buyer’s program secures low-cost, fixed-rate mortgages for individuals, while the Home Save program assists homeowners in need of assistance with modifying their existing loan.
