Thank you for visiting the Real Estate On Radio web site. This Privacy Policy tells you how we use personal information that we collect from you. You may want to read this privacy policy before using the site or submitting any personal information. By using this site, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy.
You may not want to read all the Gory Details (below), so if a summary of our Privacy Policy is good enough for you, here it is: Anything that we collect from you, we keep confidential, period. We do not sell or share your information with anyone that is not directly associated with Real Estate On Radio.
Gory Details
We may ask you for your basic contact information, which is your first and last name, your phone number, and your email address. In some cases, when we collect your email address, we immediately send you an email that asks you to confirm that this is your email address. That’s for your protection, and it helps insure reliable, timely delivery of our vitally important email communication with you.
We may also collect other personal information related to the area in which you are seeking more information or assistance. These may be such things as, but not limited to, FICO score, loan balance, property valuation, or income. If we do ask for this information, it’s to make sure that you are served most effectively and as quickly as possible. Again, it is kept secure and confidential.
No matter what, when we collect personally identifiable information like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., you will be giving it to us voluntarily, and you’ll know that’s what you are doing. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner.
Associated Persons
Now let’s talk about who is “directly associated with Real Estate On Radio”. Obviously, the officers and staff of Real Estate On Radio are in that group. We also operate Opportunity Funding, LLC., a rehab lending company. The officers and staff of this company have access to your information and keep it completely confidential.
Staff at Envision Group, LLC. may also have access to your information when you are working with them. They, too, are sworn to secrecy and maintain the strictest confidence about you. You may also be comforted by the strict governmental rules and regulations that tightly control the operations of real estate brokers, agents, and employees of a brokerage or realty that further ensures your protection.
As you know if you listen to the radio show, our regular guest hosts are leaders in the industry of finance and real estate, and they may have products and services that you desire to use. You will know when you are dealing with these individuals because they will identify themselves to you in that way. In any case, it will be you that initiates the communication in response to something on our web site, from an email, or from the radio show. You should check the privacy policy of these companies as well to see how they use your data.
We Hate Spam
Yes, we hate spam. You hate spam. We don’t tolerate it, we don’t create it, we just won’t do it. We just say “no” to spam. Of course, your definition of spam may be different, so let us explain our practices in communicating with you. The term “spam” refers to Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). We would be spamming you if one day we decided to send you emails on how to lose weight. We’re in the business of real estate, and when you signed on with us, that’s what you expected to get – information about practices, products, and services in real estate. Not losing weight. So don’t expect us to solve that problem for you.
So from time to time, we will send you information about things that you may (or may not) find interesting or important as it relates to the world of real estate, which includes, but is not limited to, topics on real estate investing, financial planning, mortgages, state of the industry, trends in investing, real estate seminars and education. But not losing weight. If you don’t like something, please let us know or just delete it or both. We’re here to serve you and we would like to know how you feel about things.
Opting-Out
You can opt-out and/or change your information with every email you receive from us. Look at the bottom of the email and you will see two links; one for changing your contact information and one for opting out. Click one or the other and you will be taken to another page to complete your request. If you opt-out, it means you will no longer receive any communication from us. At present, there’s no way to just opt out of one thing or another. It’s all or nothing. We will do our best to serve you so that you never want to opt-out, but if you do, please tell us why.
