NACA-Approved Properties
Properties that are stamped “NACA Approved” are available under special arrangement with the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA). Pre-Sale Nomenclature
Status: Preliminary – the property has been acquired and turned over to ROR Construction Management for planning and design; Status: Under Construction – planning complete and rehab has begun. Status: Active – property is nearing completion and has been turned over to Envision Real Estate Group for sale.
Estimated Price – this is the price at which we expect to list the property. This number is based on recent comparable sales in the area and is very close to, if not exactly, what the listing price will be.
Bedrooms: A + B – this is the total number of full bedrooms; “A” is the number of bedrooms above grade and “B” is the number of bedrooms below grade (i.e., basement-level).
Bathrooms: N – this is the total number of bathrooms in the property. We design our rehabs so that there is a bathroom on every level of the home, including below-grade (basement) areas.
Basement: Finished – the property has a completely finished basement; framed and drywalled walls, ceramic tile floors, drywalled ceilings; Basement: None – there is no basement on this property.
Garage: N-Car – the property has a garage that holds “N” cars; Garage: None there is no garage on the property.
